The AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) and Ad Council want to help Americans aged 25 to 34 take control of their finances. They have set upon the path of teaching financial literacy by scaring the shit out of people with a creepy, slot-headed, half-man, half-pig who has an affinity for pink.
The campaign is called “Feed the Pig” and was created by Turbine in Southport, Connecticut. They’ve set up a website which provides tips, tricks and insights for the target audience on how to achieve financial enlightenment. They also have a series of commercials showcasing the creeptastic mascot.
