It’s a gray, gloomy day here in Vancouver. Dark clouds cover the sky and the rain shows no sign of letting up. Even the CBC radio this morning had a guest who was speaking about the impending apocalypse, which he figures will begin this month.
I figured for today’s movie, we’d stick with the dark theme and watch Evelyn, the Cutest Evil Dead Girl. It’s a movie about self-acceptance and over coming obstacles. This is a Canadian movie, made on a budget of $16,000. Even with the shoestring budget, this movie won best score in 2003 and was nominated for a Genie for Best Live Action Short Drama in 2004.
Enjoy. And have a very gloomy Friday!
